I.INTRODUCTION
Gear is the kernel part of power transmission.
With the rapid development of industry such as
automobile、 machine tool、Aeronautics and Space
etc.,the needed of mid-little modulus gear is not
only in quantities,but also more and more in the
transmission capability.Gear engagement should
keep high-speed 、high-precision and lower-roar,
besides satisfied the strength application of high
bearing capacity,and which can achieve only by the
advanced manufacturing engineering technology of
HTFG.Presently,the finish machining technology
of HTFG employs mild Honing or Grinding.Mild
Honing can satisfy the surface quality and get
higher production efficiency,but it can not revise
tooth errors.Grinding can satisfy the profile
accuracy and get fine roughness of surface,but its
production efficiency is lower.
Hard honing wheel,the cutter of Hard Honing
technique,has fine stiffness and its abtasive partical
concrete on the surface of base by the metal electric
plating.As a result of it,the meshing motion of
honing wheel and the gear being shaped can be get
under the matter of fixed distance between shafts;
And not only the surface quality of gear can be
improved,but also the errors of gear such as tooth
error、longitudinal form error、radial runout and
cumulative pitch error etc.can by revised; and the
work efficiency can be increased markedly.
Therefore,it has important meaning to improve the
precision finishing and solve low processing
efficiency of mid-little modulus gear that the
research on mechanism and cutter of HHT and the
technology of developing new type gear finishing
machine and processing method.
Recently,theory and application of ultrasonic
vibration become the highlights,and the ultrasonic
technology such as ultrasonic drill 、 ultrasonic
cutting、ultrasonic grinding and ultrasonic honing
etc.comes forth in machine manufacturing fields
succeedingly.Among of them,ultrasonic honing
technique not only can get high work efficiency and
fine surface quality as well as normal honing,but
also has many merits such as less honing force、
faster grinding speed、lower temperature、stronger
self-dressing ability and longer life-span,etc..So it
is necessary for exploiting the new-style honing
machine and honing method to introduce supersonic
honing technology into HHT.
