I am Prof.Yu at Sejong School of Business and the Chair of the graduate admission committee.First off,I’d like to tell you that I am very much glad to know that you have applied for the graduate program at Sejong School of Business.
I am writing this email to arrange a phone interview as a part of the admission review process.I guess you understand that that an interview should be done,but then since you cannot visit the campus and have a face-to-face interview,we need to arrange a phone interview.We have considered a few alternative ways and decided to have the interview through Skype,and a few details are as follows:
\x05- It is schedule between 10:30 am and 11:30 am on 6/2 (Thr) Korean Time:Sorry that the time window is rather narrow and also that we cannot specify an exact time that we will call you.Please understand that we need to have phone interviews with several students,and it’s not easy to specify the time any further.Please make sure to stand by for our call during the time period,and we will do our best to call you during this time period.Once the interview starts,it will last for about 15 minutes.
\x05- Please let us know your Skype id,if you have one,or please reconfirm your contact phone number that we can reach you during the time period.Please make sure to provide a complete phone number,including the country code.You can just simply reply back to this email.
