Basis for optimization in the context of the target grid
planning is a “normal replacement strategy”.This has been
parameterized in such a way that the resources considered

replacement costs comply with the budget targets.
To execute an optimization successfully,some basic
considerations are necessary in particular with regard to the
optimized target value and cost objectives,which have to
be met in addition to the restrictions.
