个人感觉第一句.
突然想不起来.
讲讲原因.

第二句更好一些
很明显 not all这种部分否定的句子
即使主语是glitters 谓语也用单数形式
not all the glitter is gold.OK
不过个人认为这句话更应该写成not all the glitters is gold.
但是不能用are
