智能电网可以很好的解决电动汽车作为负载给电网带来的影响.电动汽车通过使用V2G技术和ICT技术,可以优化电网负载,提高电网的稳定性.如在用电能不足时,电动汽车可以输送电能到电网,来削减波峰;在电能充足时,电动汽车可以充电,降低电能来填平波谷.
但是电动汽车由于只有较少的电能,不能独立的参与到电力市场,因此在电动汽车与电力市场之间需要一个中间人聚合器—Aggregator.聚合器可以收集分散的电动汽车的电能去参与电力市场的辅助服务.辅助服务的基本功能是保持电网的可靠性与稳定性.为了是电动汽车的主人参与到电力市场,聚合器需要提供一定的财政政策补偿给电动车的主人.
因此,本文提出了一个适合中国电力市场的聚合器,聚合器可以参与中国电力市场的储备投标.同时,本文描述了一个新的优化模型和运行管理算法,通过采用智能的定价模型,实现聚合器的最优化.实验结果验证了聚合器有效性.

With the world in the transformation of environmental awareness, green energyand sustainable development has become a central task of society. The development of motor and battery technology for electric vehicles, zero emission,low noise, long distance travel offers the possibility of. Therefore, all countriesare actively promoting the development of electric vehicle industry. However, with the increasing of electric vehicle charging, no order will bring bad effects to thepower grid.
Smart grid can be a very good solution to electric vehicles as the effect of loadnetwork brought. Electric vehicles through the use of V2G technology and ICT technology, can optimize the network load, improve the power grid stability. As in the use of electric power shortage, the electric vehicle can deliver power to the grid, to reduce the peak; the electric energy is sufficient, electric cars could be charged, reducing the power to fill the valleys.
But electric cars because of less power, can not be independent of the involved in the electricity market, therefore, between the electric vehicle and the electric power market need a middleman aggregator Aggregator. Supplementary serviceelectric cars aggregators can collect scattered energy to participate in electricitymarket. The basic function of ancillary service is to maintain the reliability andstability of power grid. In order to electric vehicle owners to participate in theelectric power market, the aggregator to provide certain fiscal policycompensation to the electric vehicle owners.
Therefore, this paper proposes a suitable China power market aggregator,aggregators can participate in China reserve bidding power market. At the same time, this paper describes a new optimization model and algorithm of operationmanagement, the pricing model of intelligence, to realize the optimization ofpolymerization device. The experimental results verify the effectiveness of thepolymerization reactor.
