随着科学技术进步与发展,尤其是微电子与计算机控制技术的发展与运用,企业自动化水平显著提高,在电气设备及各种自动控制系统中采用了可编控制器（PLC）及通信网络技术,它已成为自动控制中不可缺少的自动装置,与此同时电力电子技术的发展,脉宽调制（PWM）也逐步取代其他的调速系统,而人机界面从根本上解决了操作的便捷性,我国20 世纪90 年代以前生产的机电设备,普遍采用继电器控制,由于继电器的自身特点,对电气元件故障的识别能力较弱.为了提高控制系统的可靠性和机床的加工效率,采用PLC 对控制系统进行改造,取得了一定效果.但在采用PLC对原有继电器控制的机电设备进行改造的过程中,除了考虑完成系统工作所需要的控制功能以外,还非常有必要考虑机床电气元件本身故障的自动识别和处理,本文主要介绍PLC在立式车床上使用后,使设备的维护,使用及安全性能的提高.

Along with the science and technology progress and development, especially microelectronics and computer control technology development and utilization, enterprise automation level increased significantly, in electrical equipment and various automatic control system adopted a programmable controller (PLC) and communication network technology, it has become an indispensable automatic control automatic device, meanwhile power electronic technology development, the pulse width modulation (PWM) also gradually replacing other governing systems and human-computer interface fundamentally solve the operation convenience, China's 20th century before the 1990s production of mechanical and electrical equipment, universal use relay control, due to its own characteristics, relays electrical component fault recognition ability are relatively weak. In order to improve control system reliability and lathe machining efficiency, adopting PLC to control system transformation, and has obtained the certain effect. But in adopting PLC to original relay control electromechanical equipment modification process, besides considering complete system work needed to control function, but also it is quite necessary to consider machine electric component itself fault automatic identification and treatment, this paper mainly introduces the use of PLC in vertical lathe, the equipment maintenance, use and safety performance improvement.
