STABILITY AND UP TO MASTER'S DECISION WHICH NOT TO BE
WITHHELD UNREASONABLY.
DECK CARGO PERMITTED SUB TO MASTER'S DISCRETION AND STRESS
LOADS,ALL SUCH CARGO TO BE LASHED,SECURED AND DUNNAGED AT
CHRTRS TIME AND EXPENSES AND RISKS.
ALLBSIL TO BE MARKED AS "CARGO SHIPPED ON DECK AND FOR
CHRTRS AND SHIPPERS RISK AND EXPENSES AND RESPONSIBILITY."
ANY EXTRA FITTINGS REQUIRED FOR DECK OR HATCH COVER

16. 提单的签发
承租人和或他们的代理人现被授权通过船东的签字,在船长和或船东的代表行为下,提单的签发根据清洁的大副收据或理货单,但是承租人要承担可能由于承租人和/或他们的代理人签发没有批注的大副收据或理货单所产生的所有后果
17. 没有正本提单下的货物交付
在开舱卸货之前,正本提单还没有送达卸货港,船东允许开始卸货在承租人/收货人签发由船东互保协会推荐的保函并附上正本提单副本和大副收据副本.承租人收到所有正本提单后,在最后一个卸货港完成卸货后14天内将正本提单提交给船东.(假如大副收据有任何的批注,在承租人出具保函下船东将根据船东的保障和赔偿的规定格式签发清洁的已装船提单给托运人)
18. 甲板货
根据船舶的强度和稳定性承租人可以选择将所想的货物装载在甲板上和舱内,船长不会不合理地拒绝的你的决定.
甲板货要在船长的指定下装载,所有这些货物的损失,担保和 垫舱在承租人的租期和费用和风险之内.
所有的提单都要注明甲板货和由承租人和收货人承担风险、费用和责任.
任何额外的配备为甲板货或货舱货物都会被提供,在承租人的租期、风险和费用的承受期内由负责装载、平舱,衬垫和加固这些货物的承租人支付
船舶不负责任对于甲板货的丢失或损坏,无论是什么原因引起的.
19. 在船舶交付/归还之前,假如需要检验船舶,这段时间和费用由船东和承运人平等分担.
