- Assist the Senior Marketing Manager in developing integrated online marketing plan and
budget.
- Manage online marketing tactics,including search engine marketing,search engine
optimization,e-mail marketing campaigns and other interactive marketing campaigns,
online affiliate marketing,banner advertising,and other online advertising efforts.
- Analyze customer online shopping behaviors and marketing campaign results to refine
marketing promotions and plans.
- Work closely with offline marketing team to coordinate marketing program or campaigns
- Manage relationships with various internal departments and external agencies,partners
and suppliers
- Develop KPIs and track online marketing performance.
- Keeping informed of industry trends and business issues,identifying opportunities to grow
online sales and the quality of product content on the Walmart China ecommerce websites.
Requirement：
- College degree or above
- Strong knowledge and experience in online marketing.
- Ability to thinking creatively and independently to develop online marketing campaigns that
meet customer needs and expectations
- Experience in running successful customer acquisition and/or retention campaigns
- Experience in managing external and internal teams
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong interest and passion in Ecommerce
- Willing to take challenge,shoulder responsibility and work under pressure
- Familiar with office software like Word,EXCEL,PowerPoint,Visio…etc
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English is a plus]
