长期以来,人们就人人都学英语是否合理做了很多讨论,但存在着不同的观点.
有些人觉得英语利用率太低了,根本就没有必要每人都学习这门课程.
现在英语之所以那么风行是有些人过高的估计了英语的
重要性,所以就盲目的提倡学习甚至用英语来衡量别人
的文化水平.毫无疑问,这是一个误区.
但不少人觉得有必要人人都学英语.英语现在已经成为了一种世界性的语言,而且它作为一种技能,应该每个人都掌握它.
许多领域的资料,大多数是英文的,不懂英语,只能等着别人翻译过来,而且你还不一定等得到你想要的资料.现在国际性的研究和交流,很多都是基于英语的,不学英语不行.
在我看来,学好汉语是第一位,然后再根据每个人的实际情况学一定程度适合自己用的英语就可以了.
For a long time,people have been discussing whether learning English for everyone is reasonable,however,they have different opinions.
Some people think that the use factor of the English so low that there is no need for everyone to learn it.The reason why learning English is so popular is that someone overvalue its importance,as a result,learning English is promoted by them even become the way of measuring learners' educational level.Without doubt,it is a mistaken idea.
However,several people think that it is necessary for everyone to learn English,which has been a global language as well as a skill should be handled by everyone.The materials in many fields are expressed in English,one have to wait for others translation if one doesn't know English,and one won't get the material he really want.Besides,most of the international research and communication are based on English,therefore,one must learn English.
In my opinion,to learn Chinese is the most important,then,one can learn some English to certain degree according to the practical situation.
