由于受各种因素的影响,温州市会展经济与国内其他地区的会展经济相比,仍然存在较大的差距,没有最大限度发挥会展的产业带动作用.目前,温州会展经济中政府管理存在较多问题,尚没有统一的管理机构,存在多头管理的现象.办展行为不规范,合同欺骗现象.政府办展情况严重,会展市场竞争无序,侵犯知识产权、侵犯展会品牌的现象较为突出,缺乏行业协调,场馆管理水平和会展服务水平有待提高,会展有关法规制度不健全等问题,严重阻碍了会展业的可持续发展.本文从温州会展经济发展现状以及会展业发展所处的阶段出发,研究当下温州会展经济中存在的问题和在会展经济发展中政府行为中的缺位、错位与越位等现象,并借鉴国内外主要国家和地区的会展经济发展经验,并与温州会展业发展的软、硬环境和产业发展状况相结合,立足于政府对会展经济的管理,有助于促进会展业的健康发展,发挥会展业的经济效应,加快与国际会展业接轨.

Due to the impact of various factors,the Exhibition economy of Wenzhou still has large differences compared with other areas,thus it does not play the leading role to the maximum of the Exhibition economy .Currently,Government management of the Exhibition economy of Wenzhou has many problems in existence,It has not yet a united management system and the phenomenon that many managements exist at the same time,the behavior of showing the exhibition is not regulated,and cheating in contract still can be seen.The government makes shows too regularly and the competition in the show is not regulated,The apparent problem is that they hurt people's cultural rights as well as the brands,besides,they lack the balance of industries Management level of the hall and the service level should be advanced.the problem that related regulations are not sound hints the sustainable development seriously.
This article starts from the stage of the current situation of the economy and the development of the exhibition to study the unright behaviors of the government and the problems in the ehibition economy, We learn from the development experinnces of the main countries from home and abroad,combine the soft as well as the hard environment with the development situation of the industirous and step on the management of the government to the exihibition ,which can advance the healthy development of the exihibition economy ,play the role of the exihibition economy and step up its connecting with the world exihibition economy.
