Can you give a hand to correct my composition again?i will feel be thankful deeply.
Dear Editor,
I am writing to response the following letter which is about against maintaining public libraries is a waste of government money. The date is 7,February.I am sorry for disagreeing with his view.
First of all,he mentioned that the cost of running libraries, which are frequented rarely,is prohibitive. He might get a point. The government, nevertheless, never want to use public libraries to earn money or profit from citizens. It,sometimes,is about the necessary, not about money. It is truly maintaining public libraries will spend of government a little money and the more importance is it is one of community resource of society.
Being a local librarian,I talked lots of people who came to libraries told me it is a great and excellent place for them to absorb the knowledge from books. No matter they are rich or not, here can offer a fantastic place to read quietly.
Also,I strongly believe maintaining public libraries, whose money is already used effectively,is better than improving transport infrastructure or supporting schools and hospitals. The reason why I sat that it is because public libraries is a place to teach people,to broaden their horizons, and to let them realize much thing, such as the book might tell you make good use of energy is saving the earth.
The is no other place you can get knowledge but public libraries.Maybe it is absolutely great to learn in public lirbraries.
Yours sincerely,
Crazy Wong

Dear Editor,
I am writing (to改为 in) response (要加 to) the following letter which (is about against 改为 has said that) maintaining public libraries is a waste of government(government's) money. The date is (was) 7,February.I am sorry for disagreeing with his view.
First of all,he mentioned that the cost of running libraries,(which are frequented rarely,is prohibitive这一段我不大明白你究竟想表达甚麼?所以无法替你更正,我只能用可能性替你重写为:which is very high). He might get a point.(The government, nevertheless,要重新安排位置:Nevertheless, the government) never want to use public libraries to earn money or profit from (the)citizens. It,sometimes,is about (去掉the) (necessary 是 necessity),not about money. It is (truly 改为 true that) maintaining public libraries will spend (of改为 the) government a little money (and应该用 but) the more importance is (要加that) it is one of (community resource of society 要改为:the community's facilties).
Being a local librarian,I (要加have) talked (to) lots of people who came to (the) libraries(library) (要加and) told me (要加 that) it is a great and excellent place for them to absorb (去掉the) knowledge from books. No matter they are rich or not,(here 改为 where it) can offer a fantastic place to read quietly.
Also,I strongly believe ( 加that) maintaining public libraries,(whose 要改为 the) money is already used effectively (去掉逗号,换上:and it) is better than improving transport infrastructure or supporting schools and hospitals. The reason why I (sat 应该是said) that (去掉it is) because public libraries is a place to teach people,to broaden their horizons, and to let them realize (much改为 many) thing(things),such as the book(books) might tell you (make 改为 making) good use of energy is saving the earth (Earth 尊有名词要大写).
The is no other place(s) you can get (要加 more) knowledge but public libraries.(去掉Maybe) it is absolutely great to learn in public lirbraries.
Yours sincerely,
Crazy Wong
对不起回迟了你,因为今天的要照顾孙儿刚回来,但已替你更正好了,希望会令你满意.
