煤炭的生产和利用都会对环境造成污染.煤炭本身的不可再生性和其引发的不断恶化的环境后果,使煤炭能源的清洁生产和利用成为一个当前面临的重要而紧迫的课题.因此,大力发展煤炭清洁生产和利用,对促进煤炭工业可持续发展,进一步促进社会经济健康、稳定发展具有重要的现实意义,对于人类社会的可持续发展具有非常积极的作用.
选煤已成为煤炭工业现代化生产中不可缺少的重要环节和洁净煤技术中的源头技术,是煤炭深加工的基础和前提.所谓选煤是使用物理、物理化学方法,将原煤分成不同质量、规格产品的加工过程.选煤可以除去煤中的杂质,包括矸石和50%-70%的硫,提高煤炭产品的质量、增加煤炭品种、减少无效运输、提高热效率、节约能源、减少S02,NOX和烟尘的排放量.
选煤作为洁净煤技术的基础,技术成熟、投资少、运行成本低,是煤炭深加工—水煤浆、煤气化、煤液化的前提.国家把洁净煤技术作为保证国民经济持续、健康发展的重要手段.
本文首先对煤炭洗选的主要理论知识和工艺方法进行介绍,并结合当前国内外发展的现状,然后通过结合七星选煤厂的实际生产情况,从选煤厂生产全过程出发,对选煤厂清洁生产现状进行调研和考察,摸清污染现状和产排污重点并通过定性比较或定量分析,对选煤厂的清洁生产现状进行评价,并确定出审核重点,最后针对审核重点设置清洁生产目标与方案.

Coal is China's most main source of energy, and it in our country's energy production and consumption are about 75%. Our coal reserves is rich, during the next thirty a 50 years, coal-based energy structure can't change, coal energy basis position will not change. With the improvement of coal mining mechanization degree and geological conditions change, coal quality have worsen trend.
Coal production and utilization of environment will cause pollution. Coal itself irrefragable and its cause the worsening of the environmental consequences, make coal energy of cleaner production and to utilize become a facing an important and urgent task. Therefore, vigorously develop coal cleaner production and utilization of coal industry, to promote the sustainable development of social economy and further promote the healthy and steady development has important realistic significance to the sustainable development of the human society has very positive role.
Coal cleaning has become a modern production of coal industry indispensable important links and clean coal technology of source technology, is the basis and premise of coal processing. So-called coal cleaning is the use of physical, chemical and physical method, the coal into different quality, specification product process. Coal cleaning can remove impurities, including coal gangue and 50 to 70 per cent of sulphur, enhance the coal quality of products and the increase of coal varieties, reduce ineffective transportation, improve efficiency, saving energy, reduce S02, NOX and soot emissions.
Choose coal as the basis of clean coal technology, mature technology, less investment, operation cost is low, coal processing - CWM, coal gasification, coal liquefaction of premise. State the clean coal technology as a guarantee of national economy sustainable and healthy development of the important means.
This paper firstly coal washing the main theoretical knowledge and process methods are introduced, and combining the current situation of development at home and abroad, and then through combining qixing coal preparation plant actual production conditions, from coal production process based on coal cleaner production status of research and investigation, touch contamination actuality and the producing blowdown key and through qualitative comparison or quantitative analysis of coal washery, to evaluate the status quo of cleaner production, and identify the key point, finally, according to the key point set of cleaner production goals and solutions.
