这台新买的机器存在使用时发热的问题,发热情况如下：发热部位在机器的顶部（并非排气孔）,开始工作数分钟后就会发热,甚至手都不能放上去,因为客户以前购买的同样的那款机器并没有这样的情况,请问是否是机器本身的原因,可否退换?

there are problems exsiting in this newly bought machine,the heating situations are like this:the heat comes from the top of the machine(not from the vent hole),it even gets too hot when it works for a few munites to put a hand on.Because the machines bought by custmers before didn't have any problems like this,i would like to ask if it's the problem of the machine itself?can it be returned or replaced?
