1）What I mean这一段时定语从句吗?它是整句的主语吗?
2）it代词作look for的宾语,为什么不把 it 放到look和for的中间?

WHAT I MEAN 是主语从句,是名词性质的,你说的定语从句是形容词性质的,是不可以做主语的.
因为LOOK FOR 是固定使用的短语搭配,而且IT 是FOR 的宾语,只能放在FOR后.
