如果说 这句话是 “我查看了你的申请” 的意思 那应该是 i refer ed!to refered!
但我看网上书本上的范文 写的都是 i refer to your application ....从没见过 i refered to your...所以 我怀疑 这个refer to 这里是否翻译成 查看了 查阅 等的意思

一般邮件里有附件的时候,经常用Refer to
意思就是：查阅,查看
i refer to your accplication 的意思就是：我查看了你的申请
i refer to your officail order on 的意思：我查阅了你们的正式订单...
补充：那个就是时态的问题.看语境了.用一般是也未必不可.
我们写信的时候,一般说：please refer to attached file...就是'请查阅附件的'意思.
