改错：There has an English book on the desk?

这里是There be句型,用there has显然是错误的,there不是主语（名词）,怎么能用has这个动词呢,这样不就会构成主谓结构了吗,而这里显然不是主谓结构,是there be句型,There be an English book on the desk,也就是说there be后面的名词（book）才是句子的主语,属于倒装结构.
还有,这句话如果是问句,就得是Is there开头了.
