我国农业FDI与农产品出口的相关性分析
摘 要
改革开放二十多年来,我国已更为外商直接投资（FDI）最主要的接收国,利用FDI取得了惊人的成就.然而,与我国总体利用外资取得的成就相比,农业利用外资明显滞后,所占比例严重偏小.与此同时,伴随着我国加入世贸组织,我国农产品贸易业出现不利局面,由长期以来的贸易顺差转变为贸易逆差,农产品出口面临着巨大压力.在此背景下,本文分别从理论和实证两方面对农业FDI与农产品出口的相关性进行了分析.结果显示,农业FDI对于我国农产品出口具有促进作用.由此提出扩大农业部门FDI流入规模、延伸农业部门FDI流入的产业链等政策建议,以期改变当前我国农产品出口面临的困境.

Abstract
China has become the most important receiving country of the FDI over the past few decades,and has made amazing achievement by utilizing the FDI.However,compared with the achievement made by the entire utilization of foreign capital,the agricultural use offoreign capital is clearly lagging behind,and the proportion is too small to mention.Meanwhile,Trade of Chinese agricultural products is facing an unfavourable situation coupled with the fact that China has joined the WTO.As a result,the long time trade surplus has changed into trade deficit .The export of agricultural products is facing with great pressure .In this background,the author in this article tried to analyse the correlation between the farming FDI and export of agricultural products by reasoning and withsolid evidence.
