我启动windows xp
出现：

就是到了这里,然后屏幕就一动不动了,怎么回事,该怎么办?

系统的问题,建议重做系统.
很可能是某些恶意或流氓软件影响着系统的启动
如果能进安全模式,可以去掉一些不必要的启动项和服务来加快系统启动时间.
