管理信息系统的建设是管理电子化、自动化、现代化的重要标志,是企业信息化的基础,是信息化建设的重要步骤.信息技术能够很好的带动企业进步创新,目前,面对全球经济一体化、国际化商业贸易的大发展,企业正面临着更大、更开放、更激烈的市场竞争.系统目的是根据保险公司现实业务需要,为管理者的决策给予有效的信息支持；管理提供最大的便利.为客户提供最快的相应机制.最终实现快速高效无纸化办公,增加企业的核心竞争能力.
该系统采用目前比较流行的基于JAVA的JSP语言进行编写,为方便信息的存储和查询,系统结合数据库管理技术.在对保险公司业务流程了解的基础上,遵循保险公司的实际业务实现系统管理功能.根据系统开发的技术与软件工具的发展,选择用生命周期法对系统进行分析与设计.系统要求有友好的人机交互界面,更方便易懂的操作流程,快捷的用户反馈等功能.
系统实现保险公司人寿保险的基本业务流程管理,能够实现真正意义上的无纸化办公,系统的主要功能模块包括“新单管理”、“应付录入”、“收费管理”、“订单管理”、“查询统计管理”、“险种管理”六个功能子模块.开发时主要的原则是符合保险公司现实业务需要.并且使系统具备稳定性、针对性、便捷性.一些重复性很高的简单业务,能够由计算机自动完成,减轻人工负担.由于保险公司业务本身需要高度的安全保护,所以系统实现了严格的用户验证和权限管理.

The system is currently written by JSP language which is more popular and based on Java in order to facilitate the information store and query.And the system combines database management techniques.On the basis of the understand of the business processes of insurance companies,the system followed the insurance companies' real operations(现实业务翻成这个OK吗?还是用business) to achieve systems management function.
According to the technology of system exploitation and the development of software tools,you can choose lifecycle law to analyse and design the system.Friendly interface,easy operation,fast user feedback,and other functions are required of the system.
The system can carry out the basic management of business processes of Life insurance company(人寿保险是这个英文吗?我不知道)and a really scripless office.the principal functions of the system modules include six management modules :"New" ,"Input" ,"Charge","Orders","Query" ,"Danger".(将六个模块的名字简写了,不知道合不合适?)The main principle is consistent with needs of insurance companies real business when the system is developing.In terms of system ,stability,pertinence and advantage is also needed.The computer can automatically completed,some repetitive simple operations to reduce manual burden.Because insurance companies' business need high security and protection,so the system has a strict user certification and purview management.
