It seems to be good that you have a plan and get agreed with Lecce to submit ISR parts for approval.As you mentioned about,please look at attached PA report and Liuzhou's meeting minutes-action plan,you can easily find out that,
for some actions Liuzhou set due date but for others they didn’t set.All the actions did not completely correspond with those non-conforming items in Pareport so far there is no a perfect update which prsents item by item per Pareport from Liuzhou to all their improvement,except for some photo as attached
There is no evidence to show that Liuzhou have their CNH project PFMEA,control plan,SC/CC set up in ODS/IDS,SPC,production equipment PM plan/implementation and lab testing capability improvement ready.We didn’t find ODS at workstation when audit,we’ll re-audit on site to make sure that liuzhou has the job done,liuzhou’s raw material incoming inspection was a weak point when audit.
It has to be verified at liuzhou for sure that they get it improved.Production flow in workshop was absolutely no good as liuzhou recognized.We need to validate if it is improved a lot.
Our comments are
Liuzhou should update their Castatus with numbered evidence indicating which non-conforming items related,which totally 17 in all.
CA report should be made in English for CNH plant understanding and CNH GS database filling ,no additional liuzhou format needed,just filling liuzhou ‘s root cause analysis,corrective action and target date in attached PA report.
For CA status communication,liuzhou quality should keep sales thomson and alex in the loop to have them understand if everything goes smoothly and on time.
All the improvement that liuzhou has to accomplish is what we are expecting as we need to increase our confidence in the quality level of prodct and measurable evidence which shows that our resourced steel wheels from liuzhou will be ok on process control
