第2年：上学期主要把自己进专业之前的专业课程补修完,这样就可以与原来金融专业的其他同学处于一样的水平上.还应在学习的同时不只是单一的死记硬背,在理解中记忆,逐渐掌握更多的知识.下学期,同样如次并加强英语的学习.
第3年：主要是专业极强的课程的学习阶段,这一阶段,要注重把所学的理论知识应用于实践中,关注周围时刻发生的国内国外的经济金融形势,自己简单的写一些关于金融投资计划分析,并及时与老师交流沟通,请老师指出其中的不足,自己不断改正.此外,还应该在假期中找到一些金融机构的实习机会,即使是做一些最简单的工作,也可以先对自己未来工作环境和内容有一个初步的了解.在实习过程中总结自己应该具备哪些必要的素质与能力.
