Sam lives in New York.His father has a shop there and his mother is a doctor.He’s seven years old now and begins to go to school this autumn.The school is a little far from their shop and his father drives a car to take him to school every day.So he’s not late for class and his teachers like him.
It’s Monday today.Miss Hunt is teaching them to count from one to ten.Sam is studying hard.Soon he can count them.Miss Hunt is happy and asks,“How many people are there in your family,Sam?”
Sam is standing and begins to count with his fingers(手指头).Then he says,“Two,Miss Hunt.”
“Who are they?”
“My father and mother.”
“Oh?” Miss Hunt is surprised(惊奇).She says,“There’re three people in your family.”
“But now I’m not at home,but at school,you know!”
Li Lei is a student from Class Two,Grade Seven.He likes football very much.He often plays it after school.And he often goes home late.His home is in the school.His mother doesn't worry about him.One Sunday morning Li Lei goes to a shop with his mother.The shop is very big .There are many things in it.They get some things.Then his mother says to Li Lei,"What do you want " "I want to get a red blouse," says Li Lei."A red blouse?" asks his mother."You are a boy.You can't wear a blouse."
Li Lei smiled,'OK,please get me football clothes'
I work in a small shop.It is near a factory.Every day,workers,old ladies and housewives come to the shop to buy things.
I live in a house not very far from the shop.I usually get up at six,have breakfast and then go to work by bike.I take some food along in my lunch box.
I get to the shop at about ten to seven.At seven customers(顾客) begin to arrive.They buy meat,eggs,sugar,soybean sauce,cooking oil,salt,candies,biscuits and many other things.We don’t sell vegetables or fruit.There is a shop for those things nearby.
I have my meal at noon from my lunch box.At seven in the evening we close the shop.I tidy things up and then go home for supper.
Some people may think my work isn’t so interesting.But I do my bit for the four modernization(现代化),don’t
李雷是7年级2班的学生.他很喜欢足球.他经常放学后就在学校打球.所以他经常很晚回家.他的家就是学校了.他妈妈也一点都不担心他.一个星期天的早上,他和妈妈一起去商店.这个商店很大.里面有很多东西.他们买了许多东西.这时他妈妈对他说：“你想要什么?”李雷回答说：“我想要一件红色的衬衫.”“一件红衬衫?”他妈妈反问说,“你是男孩子.你不能穿红衬衫.”
李雷笑着说“好的,请把它作为我的足球服吧.”

Sam（萨姆）于是站在那里开始用手指头数数,然后说：“2个,老师”.
“他们是谁?”
“我的爸爸和妈妈.”
“哦?”老师很吃惊.她说：“你们家应该有三个人吧.”
“但是老师我现在不在家啊,你知道我在学校.”
我在一家很小的店里工作.它靠近一家工厂.每天,工人,老太太们还有一些家庭主妇都会来这家店里买东西.
我住的地方离这家店不远.我每天早上6店起床,吃完早饭然后骑车去上班.我会带一些便当作为我的中饭.
我到店里差不多是6点50分了.7点的时候,顾客就开始来了.他们买肉、蛋、食用糖、大豆油、食用油、盐、糖果、饼干和一些其他东西.我们不卖蔬菜或是水果.但是附近有家店卖这些.
我的午饭就是从家里带来的便当.晚上7点的时候,我们店就关门了.我收拾好东西就回家吃晚饭了.
许多人可能觉得我的工作不是那么的有趣,但是我不是也有4点现代化,难道不是吗?
