How classics make people distingguishied?First of all,lassics can open one’s view by reading storis hundreds years ago. Bacon said.”history make people wise.”Then,besides in knowledge,classics can mould one’s temperament,tell people about the ture ,the good ,and the beautful.This education about humenity may beautify one’s character.
While,the people who are willing to read classics is on the decline. On the one hand,people tend to vanguard literature more and more. Compared with classics, vanguard literature is much more practicable in the competitive society; On the other hand, with all kinds of electronic media flourishing,the way of thinking have changed. According the recent servey,people’s network reading rate have increased to 27,8percent from 3,7percent. The popularity of network novels make classics far and far from us.
As university students,we should spend more time reading classics on politics, ecomemy,history and so on, no matter they are your major or not. Us your time reasonably and assure the readingtime every week,then the classics will change our life.
