为什么不用:exercise而用:exercising呢?不是说：习惯性经常性用：exercise ( do) 现在正在进行的用：exercising（doing）吗?

see sb doing sth 看到某人正做某事
每天早上我都看见很多人在公园锻炼.
see sb.doing sth着重于看到过程,一般会有now,at the moment之类的这些表示某一时刻的词语作为提示,这句话里面有every morning,那就要用doing了.
如果没有强调正在看到,那就可以用do
