第六条 乙方权利及义务
　　（一）权利
　　1.乙方约定并同意,在委派人员的工作不符合要求的情况下,乙方应给予员工培训或者指导,经过三个月的考核期,若委派人员仍然无法满足工作要求,乙方可以向甲方和另一方股东汇报,申请撤换委派人员,经股东协商一致后执行.甲方将在合理的时间内完成撤换工作.
　　2.如果甲方实质性违反了本协议义务,有权通知甲方终止本协议.
　　（二）义务
　　1.按照本协议第三条和附件规定,根据乙方董事会对委派人员年度考核结果向甲方委派人员支付年度市场化薪酬.
　　2.按照本协议第四条规定,对甲方委派人员的相关事项进行管理.
　　3.配合甲方开展对所委派人员的干部管理工作,但不得违反乙方的员工管理规章制度和乙方的雇主权益.
　　4.委派人员自行辞职或乙方需更换甲方所委派人员的,乙方应书面通知甲方.未经甲方同意,乙方不能随意解雇.
　　5.根据甲方要求,提供委派人员的人工成本明细.
