Dear Lily,
How fast time flies! I have been in this new school for 2 months. Though I have a very busy life here, I think I am getting used to it now.
This term the school offers us 6 subjects to learn, which are Chinese, English, Maths, History, Geography and Arts. As you know, Arts is always my favorite and I am doing it very well. The painting skills they teach are too simple to me. I had already mastered them when I was a young kid. My paintings are often chosen as the model ones by my teacher. It's great, isn't it?
We have a lot of activities after school. I joined the English Club after some hesitation. I think English is becoming more and more important in this globalized age. I'd better learn it well before it's too late. In the club I can meet some foreign teachers and practice spoken English with them. They always encourage me to speak out my mind. They are really helpful and I am making progress.
