第一句是并列句.前半句是there be句型,这里要知道there be句型都是全部倒装句,其实意思是应该是no bridge is there.翻译成“有……”这句话的意思是“那儿没有桥而且河流湍急不适合驾船”（有意译成分）
第二句是由it做形式主语的句子,真正的主语为不定式短语to have a bridge,其实如果按咱们中文理解应该是to have a bridge is really their dream,所以此句翻译成“拥有一座桥是的确是他们的梦想.”
因此两句都没有什么问题,一个是there be句型,一个是it做形式主语.
