What I would like to ask each of you that receive this letter is to current price list of any and all products that the Gemaire Group has purchased from your company within the last 3 years.If you would kindly send this in either a word or excel document to make task of compiling and creating the new price sheets to present to their President,CEO and CFO on January 15th,I would greatly appreciate it.If at all possible,I am asking that I get the cost file back to me no later than July 9th,2009 allowing me to spend that weekend to finish my task.
Continuing with this document,if you could also detail package quantities and any specific purchase quantity requirements per line item or as a whole product line.And I would also ask that we develop a sample order document that with a count of boxes or cartons that would make up a Pallet of Product,then 4 Pallets of Product,and finally a 20’ Container (assuming 20 pallets of product).
By doing this,my job will be to sell your products to this management team,while sharing some of the currently stocked products with a few of their key stores to familiarize themselves with your product and quality product that you can provide.While this is happening you and I will work quickly to generate a new label,whose name has not yet been decided.
The goal is to hopefully have labels and orders floating on the ocean to arrive at the end of September or early October at the latest.
Please understand that I cannot give any intentions that they will immediately jump onboard and join in on this program as fast as Gemaire did.However,Steve Combs our former President is the new CEO of this newly formed company,and he has asked that I get this started as quickly as possible.
