Dear friends,
Happy Spring Festival to each of you!I hope you are enjoying this joyful holiday!We too will have a small celebration here in America by going to the home of our Chinese friends.Unfortunately,we won't get to watch the special CCTV program.We will miss that and seeing all the fireworks.Actually on the eve of the New Year we will be in Mexico.Mexico is only about a 3 hours drive from our home.We plan to be there with many students from Adam's university.We will return here on the New Year day in order to celebrate in the evening.So what are your plans for the festival?
Adam and I still love our new life here in California.We find ourselves being very,very busy.We are both in school again.Adam is now studying business in order to get a master's degree.It will take him three years to complete.I am studying the human body and medicine so in the future I can work for a doctor to type on the computer all of his medical documents.Everything I learn is so fascinating.Sometimes I get tired of studying,but then I remember all my hardworking students at Huangshi San Zhong,and the thought of those students makes me want to keep studying.I know that each of you also works so hard.
Adam really loves his work of preparing all the students to travel abroad in order to help other people and learn about other cultures.He is sending 240 people this summer.I'm also still loving all the little children I work with at the preschool.
We miss our home in Huangshi so much.We think of you every day.We know that someday we will return to see you again.We have heard that the school is making some changes and doing some building.That's very exciting to hear!
