该图书馆的基本元素来源于书和光碟的原型,通过重新整合,营造一种造型独特、简洁、美观的风格,充分体现二十一世纪科学文化设施的时代特色.

City Library as the most basic cultural facilities,as the public will on the one hand knowledge of life-long education hall,on the other cities are also cultural connotation and cultural quality of an important symbol at the same time will further enhance the functions of reference information for the Fengxian Government policy,economic development ,Science and technology,academic research and other activities to provide a higher level of knowledge and information support services; implementation of the cultural strategy of building Fengxian,a regional library network center.
The basic elements of the library books and CDs from the prototype,through the re-integration,create a unique shape,simple,elegant style,fully embodies the 21st century scientific and cultural facilities characteristics of the times.
