[摘要] 针对双河油田储层粘土矿物成分及敏感性特征,室内通过实验,优选出增粘剂:HTV-II、抑制剂:KCl、降失水剂:DFD、无渗透膜处理剂:WSTD.在此基础上研究出了一种超低渗透钻井液体系,配方为:3%搬土浆 + 0.08%xy-27 + 0.1%NaOH + 0.2%Na2CO3 + 0.5%HTV-II + 1.2%DFD + 0.08%LN + 3%KCl + 100gCaCO3 + 3%WSTD.并对其流变性、失水造壁性、抗温性、抗盐性、抗钙性、触变性、抑制性、泥饼的抗压强度、储层保护性、中压砂床滤失性、高温高压滤失性进行了评价.实验结果表明,该钻井液体系具有良好的热稳定性,高温老化后,流变性和失水造壁性均满足现场钻井的要求;抗温达130℃;抗盐达25%;抗钙达1.2%;润滑系数为0.15~0.16;钻屑回收率为91.2%,抑制性好;静切力与时间无依赖关系,触变性好;用钻井液污染岩心后,形成泥饼的抗压强度达5.5MPa,截去污染端后岩心渗透率恢复值达85%,储层保护性好;并且在中压砂床上,钻井液侵入深度均小于1.0cm,有很好的防漏堵漏效果.
