why i can't type Chinese into my computer

why i can't type Chinese into my computer Why can't I type Chinese into my computer! Who can tell me that why can't my computer type Chinese? I can't type chinese on my computer, Also i can't install or why i can't wrote chinese in my computer i can speak chinese,but my computer can't type chines sorry, Why I can't type Chinese?..somebody HELP!..
