1.选A.这是with+宾语+宾补的结构.在句中常做状语.
关于with+复合宾语的结构用法有问题请hi 我.
as for意思是“至于;关于；就...方面说； 就…而论”.
because of 意思是因为,后接名词/代词/动名词,如果去掉to worry就可以了.
besides 意思是“ 除…之外还有”.
2.选since .
因为句子的时态是现在完成进行时,所以用since.
如果是at noon就应该用一般过去时了.
