造纸废水排放量大、污染物浓度高,是工业污染治理的重点和难点.中国水体污染和水资源短缺的现状将在未来十年内进一步加剧.新的法规的制定对造纸业用水及排污都是一个挑战.目前国内造纸厂一般采用絮凝沉淀法对废水进行处理,将两种或两种以上絮凝剂按一定比例投加于污水中可以提高处理的效果,其中研究和应用较多的有壳聚糖絮凝剂[1]、淀粉改性絮凝剂[2]、聚合氯化铝、聚丙烯酰胺和微生物絮凝剂[3]等,聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)为常用的助凝剂.另外也有采用聚硅酸铝絮凝剂处理非化学法制浆造纸废水,虽然上述处理技术在造纸业已经相对成熟,但是仍然存在着排污色度较大、CODcr相对较高等问题.文中通过对絮凝沉淀技术的研究,试图找出技术可行、效果明显、经济合理的处理方法,能在经济可承受范围内使得造纸废水达标排放.

The status quo of China's water pollution and water shortage will further intensify in the next ten years. Develop new regulations will be a challenge for the paper industry water and sewage. Study on the flocculation precipitation technology through, trying to find out the feasible technology, effect is obvious, the economic and reasonable treatment method, can in the affordable range makes the discharged wastewater.
