英语写作!The Internet and our life 词数80左右!那些复制的,不要!有谁肯自己写一篇,
We know the Internet is playing a more and more important part in our daily life.On the Internet, we can get as much information as we can. We can send e-mails to our friends and talk to them as well. Besides, on the Internet we can read books, enjoy music and watch ball games. We can also do shopping without leaving our homes. But many students spend too much time playing Internet games. They waste a lot of time.
We must make good use of the Internet.
Nowadays, Internet, as the most important carrier of in-
formation expressway and a new type of intermediary of prop-
agation, is known and accepted by more and more people for
its surpassing efficiency and surprising rapidity of propagation.
It gradually enters our life and acts as an indivisible part
of our life . So , we get on the Internet , we exist on the
Internet. What exactly is the Internet?
Initially, why we got in touch with Internet was because
we were curious about this imaginary but all-inclusive world.
We desired to know and be comprised of this world. Some people
get onto the net in order to visit the websites of their idols;
Some people get onto the net to play the computer games and
so that enjoy themselves throughly; Some people get onto the
net so as to receive the latest news and the newest informa-
tion about fashion; Some people get onto the net to chat with
their friends; Some people get onto the net only to send e-
mails to their frinend or relatives.
At the beginning of the new millennium, I and my roommates
began to get on net and started our living on the net. At the
very beginning, on the net, we were like vagrants, visiting
all kinds of websites without purpose. We also visited the
website of a certain idol; We also received the newest fashion
information; We also sent e-mails to our friends that thousands
miles away. After a long time's fumble , it was on my best
friend's recommendation that I began to visit the Soyou Ed-
ucation Website, which was the biggest storehouse of intellectuals.
Thousands of students that from every university all over the
country gathered in it. Being influenced by me, my roommates
were crazy about this website. Later, we began our career of
chat on net, in Soyou, which once was the very thing I spurned
and disdained to do. Therefore, everytime I visited Soyou, I
was immersing in the excitement of chat on net while I was
reminding myself that how meaningless and silly it was. Our
feeling about being on net was contradictory, like the title
of a book written by Bai Yanshong--"Paining but Delighting"
It seems that every "insect on net" will touch the "love
on the net"inevitably which is unreal but has became prevailing.
As the time that is spent on net increases, I and my roommates
all have our close friends on the net. And quickly, my roommates
inevitably fall in love through web--an updated way of love.
Perhaps a certain distance may creates a stronger attraction
between two persons.Internet, this fanciful world just provides
a space of an unadulterated communication of souls for young
boys and girls. The youth of this age are too romantic. They
uphold Platonic love. So they can fall in love with someone
that have never met before. As "First Intimate Contact"——a
nover narrating the love on net is getting popular, love through
web is fascinating many people. They are eger to have the same
story as the one between riffraff Cai and FlyinDance. My
roommates also met their "riffraff Cai" in the chat room of
Soyou. They said,"The common habbies, the same thoughts and
the similar personalities make us congenial. We are feeling
good actually." Is that true? Can we believe in love through
web? I dare not say yes.In my opinion, a human being is too
complicated. It is not easy to understand a person only through
some chat on net. In addition, a person on net is usually not
him/her true self. The book "First Intimate Contact" have ever
mentioned that, there are three kinds people on the net. The
first kind is the ones who only show their secondary person-
alities on the net; The second kind is the ones who can become will never be in the real life on the net. No matter what kind
of people they are on the net, they are all unintegrate. For
instance, in real life some people are self-abased, introvert,
un sociable and eccentric while on the net they might be
optimistic, extrovert, activitive and talkative; Some people
get onto the net to find a kind of feeling like being loved
because they are lack of care in real life, etc. I also have
friends on the net of my own, however, we belong to the kind
that won't fall in the love on net, for we are too practical,
we aren't romantic, and each of us has our own, different life.
Like most of the people on net, besides the chat room,
we also go to the forum which is also called "BBS" to read
the notes written by others, to reply to the notes written by
others and to publish our own notes. Compared with the chat
room, BBS seems to be a more deepgoing place for communication.
So, soon, we are fascinated by BBS too. We can speak of every-
thing that happens in our daily life, including the happy ones
and the sad ones. No one knows us, but everyone will share with
us, that is a kind of unique feeling.
Internet brings some colours to our insipid, dull life.
Being on the net, we can find something interesting, something
exciting, something strange and something surprising that we
have never seen in our real life. Our fields of vision have
become more wider as a result. But an old saying goes,"Every-
thing has two sides." So, simultaneously, Internet also causes
some bad affects in our life. And perhaps this side is more
greater than the other. Because of the Internet, our daily
schedule is confused. My roommates always telephone their fr-
iends on net late at nights. The topics we talk about every
day are all around the net, we seldom pay attention to the
current events. The worst is, our study results have gone down
visibly because we spend too much time on net. Moreover, getting
onto net needs a large amount of money. However, getting
onto the net is like taking drug, once we are addicted to it,
it's by no means easy to give up. That needs an endless process.
Once, I encountered a man who was working in a computer
company in the chat room, he said to me,"I envy you, because
you are young, you've got the youth to misspend." I didn't
quite understand, asking what his real meaning was. Then he
told me,"I ever had a period of time of over-indulging in the
Internet. But now, several years later, when I look back, I
only find a range of blank space. Originally thinking that the
net will bring me more happiness, while finally I find that
what the net brings me are no more than regrets."
How shocking these words are! From then on, I seldom get
onto the net, and I have given it up successfully. However,
my roommates are still indulging on the net inextricably. I
feel very sorry for them. The Internet only is, and should be
an intermediary, a way of communicating. If let the Internet
become the whole of our real life, that is too lamentable!
the kind of people that they wish to be on the net; The third
kind is the ones who can become the kind of people that they
