改革开放20 多年以来,加工贸易已成为广东外向型经济的特色和优势,是广东吸收外资和外贸出口的主要力量和重要方式,并呈现良好趋势.加工贸易是广东省国民经济稳步健康发展的主要动力,是利用外资的重要内容的主要途径,但广东省加工贸易的发展也带来一些不利影响.如产业水平整体处于国际产业链低端、技术含量不高、缺乏自主知识产权等问题,此外,内资企业特别是民营经济在该领域尚未充分发展.另一方面,近年来国家提高了环境保护、节能降耗等方
面的要求,令广东的部分优势产业受到影响.
在经济转型的新的发展阶段,研究促进广东加工贸易的转型升级对策,对促使广东加工贸易向更高技术含量、更大增值环节发展,实现加工贸易持续健康发展均有着深远意义.本文分析了广东的加工贸易发展状况及目前存在的困境,并提出解决问题的对策.
