市场经济环境下,知识产权价值评估面临着诸多风险与问题,如何解决这些问题是进一步完善我国知识产权行业的关键所在.目前学术界对于知识产权的关注还不够,这方面的书籍和论文都很少,并未形成系统的理论,因此,对于知识产权价值评估的研究有着重要的理论和现实意义.
从知识产权评估及其评估方法的基本理论分析入手,采用实证分析、比较分析和定量分析等方法,对我国知识产权行业管理与评估方法进行研究,结果表明目前我国知识产权评估中普遍存在评估理论认识不足,缺乏统一的评估方法、评估管理有待规范、评估行业公信力差等问题.在借鉴国外先进经验的基础上,结合我国国情提出正确理解评估理论依据、选择正确的评估方式、加强评估系统管理、提高知识产权评估公信力的具体措施.

In the market economy environment, intellectual property evaluation face many risks and problems, how to solve these problems is the key to further improving the intellectual property industry in China. Current academic intellectual property concerns were not enough, that very few books and papers in this regard, does not form a system of theories, therefore, for the valuation of intellectual property rights has an important theoretical and practical significance of the study.Start with the analysis of the basic theory of intellectual property evaluation and assessment methods, empirical analysis, comparative analysis, and quantitative analysis method used, on the management of intellectual property in China and study on evaluation methods, results showed that the current widespread lack of evaluation theory in the evaluation of intellectual property in China, lack of uniform assessment methods, evaluation, management norms, poor credibility issue of the appraisal profession. On the basis of advanced foreign experience for reference, proposed theoretical basis for correctly understanding assessment combined with our national conditions, selecting the right assessment, strengthening management, improving intellectual property evaluation of credibility of the evaluation system of specific measures
