本论文通过不同浓度土霉素对玉米株高、根长、株鲜重、根鲜重、株干重、根干重、籽粒重、叶绿素、光合强度、蒸腾速率进行了测定.结果表明:可以看出在加入土霉素后对玉米株高、根长、株鲜重、根鲜重、株干重、根干重、籽粒重、叶绿素这八项指标有一定的抑制作用而对光合强度和蒸腾速率有明显的抑制作用,但是随着施入量的增加鸡粪的促进作用掩盖了土霉素的抑制作用又有了上升趋势;土霉素在处理1时,土霉素对株高和根长和叶绿素有明显的抑制作用甚至小于对照组.肥料的施入量对实验结果有很大的影响;经方差分析得,在所测的玉米的这十项指标中达到极显著的水平有株鲜重、根鲜重、株干重、根干重、籽粒重这五项指标;达到显著水平的有株高、根长、叶绿素、光合强度和蒸腾速率.
