原意为：召开会议的通知视为已经读过了.这确实在很多会议纪要里都有.
如果是下次的会议的话,则可翻为“召开下次会议的通知确定下来了”.
take as read认为不必宣读,认为不必听取或谈论某事.
take it as read可以肯定,直接认定为
