Nowadays,health is more and more important in our lives.It plays an important role in the cruel competitions in society.But how to keep healthy?Here are some tips.
To begin with,as an old saying goes”An apple a day,keep the doctors away.”We get vitamins by eating the apples.Furthermore,exercising everday is important,too.It can help the blood goes around our bodies well.Last but not least,we shouldn’t eat the food with too much fat.It will make us unhealthy.
In my view,everthing is builded on the health.Let’s keep healthy together!
