deep-fried,pinguid and high calorie food mainly consist in fast food,which will lead to obesity,as well as other severe diseases.more badly,some people abuse hormone in fast food,because of high profitable purpose.hormone will easy accumulate in your body,which will have a negative effect,even cause some cancers.
after we analyse the advantages and disadvanges about fast food,we think we should not repel fast food,but amend those of negative infulence.
therefore,our provide some suggestion about this issue:
1.everyone are supposed to be well aware of the disadvantages about fast food and ensure taking fast food not as a fashion.
2.reduce the frequency of taking fast food.
