Nowadays, losing weight has become popular am
ong young and middle-aged women. In order to make themselves pret
ty, they try to use different ways to lose weight. Some go on a diet, some take exercise, some take medicines, and others even turn to operations for help. As a res
ult, lots of product
s have been made for losing weight. Special medicine, tea and equipment are provided in the 
market, which are used in different way
s and work diffe
rently, but some h ave s
ide effects.
In my opinion, it is understandable that wo
men seek beauty but they should do 
it in a proper way. Eating a balanced diet 
and taking more exe rcise are the ways that I most support, as the other ways are likely to do harm to people’s health more or less.
