how to translate this sentence?
"You know some birds are not meant to be caged,their feathers are just too bright."
somebody said:"你知道,有些鸟儿是注定不会被关在牢笼里的,它们的每一片羽毛都闪耀着自由的光辉"
but i don't think so,i think it's:"你知道,有些鸟儿是注定不会被关在牢笼里的,只是他们的羽毛太光鲜了".so ,am i wrong?
我是觉得原句有一种阐释“因果报应”的意思，但是向第一句这样翻译的话，就没有那个关系了。

那是常见的习惯说法,没有必要加自由.
