财务管理是企业管理的核心,中小企业财务管理的优化应当结合自身的经营状况,采取渐进式的手段.而本文则针对财务管理方面的问题:如资金管理不严、财务控制薄弱、企业管理模式僵化、人员素质不高、信息管理观念和手段落后、企业融资困难等管理现状,有针对性地提出具体改善财务管理的对策.
