Before I start talking about my opinion about creative thinking, let’s understand the meaning of it first. (Read the PPT)…
From this we can know that creative thinking is closely connected with our life experience. So how could a person arouse his creative thinking? Change an angle, where does creative thinking come from? I think it may from two aspects.
One, from ignorance… Like the innocent child will always come up with a wonderful idea. The lack of knowledge can’t influence their creative ability. At that time, the less we know about the world, the more freedom we have when we creative. But now, we have been affected too much by the society…sometimes we even are afraid to make a new try.
So we have to seek another road——from erudition (contrary to ignorance). Erudite person know more about the world, they can fuse different types of theory and observe unity from many phenomenon, so then they produce the more novel existence. All of these due to their wide knowledge.
Nowadays, what can we do to arouse our creative thinkings?
First….The ancients said: Rome is not build in one day. We must be patient. Second…Third…these are really superfluous words!
The fourth is my key point. I think we should know more about the process of how great men make an important conclusion, not only getting the conclusion. How did those people think about questions? What solutions did they use? What mistakes did they make? There are so many tortuous experiences, but we only know the consequence
The flashy world only shows solicitude to the final result.
Have you ever think about that why our textbooks only give us the final result?Even if the textbook give us the process of it , there is only a best proof method. So how could we know how the great scientists find them…if we search for it, we can only find few data of the process….I believe those ways which don’t lead to the right answers must have more value…because they include more wonderful ideas, just aren’t fit for this one…

I believe predecessors’ brilliance not only depend on what verity they discover, but also the various thoughts when they explored.
That’s really what we want to learn from…creative thinking.
