是不是在跑的过程中DNA可以富集胶内的EB?

你说的compare to heating the gel with and without EB。我不是太懂，是不是一块加EB，一块不加？可短时间内加热并不能说明加了EB的没有分解或者挥发啊？另外你说的痕量的挥发量会不会对人体造成伤害呢？

Ethidium bromide is an intercalating agent,when exposed to ultraviolet light,it will fluoresce with an orange colour.When DNA is moving in the gel,it binds EB during its moving.Therefore,DNA band has more fluoresce than the background.
